DPDP Act 2023 Compliance

We adhere to the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and international data transfer frameworks where applicable to cross-border workforce engagements.

Alphynex acts primarily as a Data Fiduciary with respect to our direct employees and speculative applicants, and as a Data Processor when processing candidate dossiers on behalf of client organizations under explicit Master Services Agreements.

Data Minimization Principle

We collect only personal data necessary for workforce evaluation and enterprise staffing fulfillment, including:

• Candidate Identifiers: Full legal name, contact telephone, email address, current residential city, and official LinkedIn/portfolio links.
• Professional Dossiers: Employment history, education credentials, certifications, technical skill inventories, GitHub/code repository links, and references.
• Evaluation Metrics: Technical interview debriefs, evaluation scorecards, and verified work sample assessments conducted under our dual-track screening process.
• Statutory & Verification Data: Government identification documents (PAN, Aadhaar/Passport) and background verification disclosures obtained solely upon formal offer or deployment onboarding.

Candidate Consent & Submissions

Under no circumstances do we broadcast, sell, or indiscriminately publish candidate resumes. Candidate profiles and evaluation dossiers are shared with prospective client organizations strictly with the candidate's prior consent for explicit client mandates.

All client recipients are bound by contractual non-disclosure covenants prohibiting secondary redistribution or automated profile mining.

Your Legal Rights Under DPDP

As a Data Principal under Indian law, you possess the right to:

• Access: Request a summary of your personal data processed by Alphynex and client recipients.
• Correction & Erasure: Request the correction of inaccurate data or complete erasure of your resume dossier from our active databases.
• Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw permission for client representations at any stage prior to contractual placement.
• Grievance Redressal: Submit inquiries or grievances to our dedicated Data Protection Officer.

Encryption & Storage Protocols

Candidate data and client contractual briefs are stored in encrypted cloud environments utilizing TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Access is strictly role-based and audited. Inactive candidate dossiers are automatically reviewed and purged after statutory retention limits unless refreshed by the candidate.
